Old and run down. At least needs a lick of paint and new carpet. Carpet felt damp and sticky under your foot. Room was smelly. Needed airing out at least. Bathroom door didn't close. Door needs replacing or shaving at least. Soap dispenser fell apart and was empty. I rang ahead of time to say I was bringing a baby and 2 year old as well as mum and my 13year old son. He let us pay for a room and placed us knowing there was a party happening until all hours, had i have known before leaving Cambridge i would have booked somewhere else... still had loud voices at 3am and music and base at nearly 2am. Room has a kitchen with jug and stove/oven. No pots, no oven tray not even a toaster. Adds a whole new meaning to packing everything but the kitchen sink. Ok if all you want is a bed for the night And a decent shower not really ideal for young kids.
