I’m only giving a ONE because ZERO isn’t an option when leaving a review. Came in at 9:48 and they would not serve us. They close at 10:00. The door was still unlocked. They told us they would serve us a “to-go” order but then said they were out of everything! Basically, they think “we close at 10” means “we leave at 10.” ‍

Service is TERRIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would. I called this morning at 11:39, no answer. Called back at 11:52 because I figured they were busy since they weren't answering. I drive there and walk in behind an elderly lady. The lady stands in front of the cash regsiter and I sit in one of the two empty chairs in front of the register. The employee, Cassie, proceeds to get off the phone and take the lady standing up order and take her payment. As the elderly lady is getting her cash, three gentlemen who were sitting to the left of me and had already eaten, stand up and go stand behind the lady who is paying. Instead of Cassie acknowledging me and letting me place my order, she chooses to ring up one of the three gentlemen. I walked out. Huddle House should train its employees on how to treat their customers. Cause the service I received today was AWFUL. 0/10. Would not recommend!

Advertised closing hours of 10PM. NOPE. It's whatever they want. Not so busy let's stop at 9. Don't give businesses like this your money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
