Pines Tavern - HAWLEY

This hometown bar is fantastic. The staff is friendly and the bartender Annie is quick and efficient. I've been here a few times and the food is pretty good for bar food. It's the perfect spot for a quick bite and a cold beer. Highly recommend.

The Pines serves the best broasted chicken in town. It is fried in a pressure cooker, resulting in a lower fat content and juicier meat. In addition to the chicken, they also offer sides such as potato wedges, baked beans, cole slaw, and a dinner roll with butter. It is a great option for a break from cooking during the week, with a nice bar and other menu items available. They also have karaoke and a billiards table for entertainment. Takeout is also available. I recommend the chicken dinner for two.
