Costco Food Court - Hawthorne

The service was terrible. The staff refused to take any new orders within 1-2 hours before closing. They only offered what was left over. They wouldn't make pizza or any other items that required time to prepare. Just because they close at a certain time doesn’t mean they should start winding down before then. It felt like they were already cleaning up and preparing for the next day. It was an unsatisfactory experience.

The cheese pizza has really changed for the worse. The dough is overly sweet and lacks the fluffy texture it used to have. The cheese also had an odd taste, and it’s clear that the quality has dropped significantly. I’m so disappointed with the food court. They discontinued the veggie pizza, which was my favorite, and now they’re serving the most basic pizzas instead. It’s not worth spending your money on this pizza. You’d be better off going to budget places like Little Caesars for a true pizza experience!

The pizza ordering process could be clearer. I spent a lot of time waiting in the wrong line. The correct steps are: 1) Order by phone, 2) pay in the regular line, and 3) pick up at the window.

The chocolate sun is delicious! Lots of parking for costco also on a Sunday. I like this Costco better than Lomita

Costco pizza is simple, cheap and delicious AF!!! One slice is only $1.95, one whole pizza is only $9.95 with tax!! Their food court is located right outside the store and their parking is always messed up, so get dropped off...?
