I really enjoy Pollo Loco, but when the staff doesn’t seem to enjoy their jobs, it shows. I received broken tostadas, no dressing, no utensils, and no chips for my pozole! My meals weren’t cheap, so it’s disappointing. One of those tostadas was actually for my boss too!
You might as well just go to Popeyes next door! Haha. The drive-thru line was incredibly long and slow. I can't believe I waited so long—I haven't eaten here in ages and was craving it out of the blue. Unfortunately, it didn't satisfy my hunger. The service was slow and they were stingy with the portions; I barely got a tablespoon of rice and beans and just a few sprinkles of cheese. I removed the huge blob of sour cream because it had no flavor. And it cost me $10! I can't believe it. Shake my head.
Ugh. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Fit Bowl, specifically the Double Chicken Avocado Protein Bowl As you can see, I didn 't get any Avocado. The whole salad is a pathetic mess. I read something about cauliflower rice? Nope. This is disgusting. Definitely not worth the price. Don 't waste your time. The description also said 'power greens ' I definitely don 't consider iceberg lettuce powerful ????????????????????????. WHAT A RIPOFF
My family and I ordered to go, and they forgot a part of our order. My sister drove back, and once she came back to eat, she found a hair in her burrito. I had to go back again, and informed them but they didn?t seem to care. They didn?t even look in the burrito when I was showing them. There was clearly a red, long hair, the same as the woman in the front giving orders. They didn?t honor what I asked for, so I got another meal in place for the burrito. They also told my sister they didn?t have creamy cilantro sauce when she first ordered, but I received it with the tostada I got. Not sure why they would lie to customers. They all definitely took the whole situation lightly. A hair and two trips back to the restaurant ????????
