Mcdonald's - Hawthorne

Bro i asked for some sauce and they only gave me one packet. and i asked for sweet tea and i can?t even describe to you what they gave me. it was like a BLAND mixture of lemonade and tea. i asked for sweet tea and there was nothing sweet about it. food tho ig. i?d rate a 0/5 stars if i could. L mcdonalds!

I had to get in line 3 times, Only thing semi right fries but very salty which was unfortunate cause they were fried to perfect crispiness. Wrong tea, pd. Xtra for whole slice of cheese still got half, with xtra tarter not what I wantd.

Low customer service. this is my local McDonald’s and all I know that stays in this area are true that the customer service is terrible. I waited 15 minutes in the car thru. I said my order and the mother in the redner said she couldn't hear that I gave her a second. the menus then black and now be the breakfast menu, so I ask if someone finally reacts there and it is another. So I repeat my order of 15-20 minutes and she said that she no longer serves the breakfast. why not say if I first ordered a big mac that they would change and not serve, but let me wait and say that they can't hear me is ridiculous. when I came into the window, the supervisor who claims that she wasn't everything, although she was different, made photos of my sign on the camera before he approached the window to apologize. So I asked her name, she photographed her refused and said she called the police. everything while on their personal phone in one hand and mcdonalds phone in the other. she then spoke to the other colleagues about me in Spanish. I took the incident when she took photos of my car. this is what allows mcdonalds to trade their employees.

I went to this place on Wednesday night after work because it was close to my work. When I came in, there was a huge amount of pickup, and no one at the order here. No one has recognized me or even harassed me to come to the register to take my order. So I'm waiting for someone to come. I waited for about 10 minutes for the writing and still nobody took care of the register. in the meantime, there was a great line that formed behind me. some of the customers behind me started to go because there was no one who commanded. whoever worked there was too busy to take care of the large amount of pick-up line. there were about 4 workers who took care of this amount. at least one of them goes to the register to take care of the customers waiting in the line. but no, no one has difficulty helping. after one I am tired to wait and just walked away and went to another place. that was a terrible experience. it was very unacceptable. I never come back here again.
