Starbucks - Hawthorne

Very poor service! I placed an online mobile order to avoid drive thru wait time and regular wait time. Order was suppose to be ready at 8:23pm. Been waiting for 20 mins with no update and just a “sorry for the wait” not even a “what’s your name for the order.” I don’t recommend if you’re in a rush. I’m a really patient person but they do not know how to manage their time properly and I strongly recommend a DM (district manager) to come check out the way this place is running.

Mobile order pick up is so confusing. Should have a sign at the other window that guides customers to the correct window. I stood there for a good 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. and it wasn’t even busy.

I like to come to this location service is in the really great and lines are not typically super long. also they always make my coffee right. the drive thru is a little peculiar. the loudspeaker for ordering is located in front of the menu on a light curve I did not recognize until I went to the menu to order and the microphone was easy behind me. also lol this is actually a little funny. I came this morning to pick up an online order and how you can see my name is quite unique. (It is the land, literally and so pronounced) after the personal came another person with my name and claimed my eating. I suppose it was the person they were trying to give me. our names are not similar. as if you hadn't listened to the names and gave them my food, it's okay. I suppose. I just heard. but to say, someone came with the SAME name when I took my eating is funny lol this is a solid situation.

Nice place with power outlet but seats without a back support and payment machine was not working.

Lemme tell ya sumthin'. This spot is open after 9pm, i believe they close at 1030pm which is good if you wanna munch a bite at 10p or a drank at that time. The drive thru service was superb! Was greeted like royalty. Talked to with delight. And even had some laughs with the person (sorry didn't catch her name, with green hair) who took my order. Best part about my drive thru experience was when I used my app to catch up on my Starbucks rewards and I was thanked and addressed by name. Wow! A smile, laugh and courtesy go a looooooong way buddy! Oh and I had no issue with the drive thru set up as I consider myself a pretty amazing driver. (I'm tooting my own horn there) Thank you to the efficient and fast service to the staff at this location. Alvaro said it. Toodles xoxo
