Subway - Hawthorne

I absolutely love Subway! I've been enjoying their veggie sandwiches every day for over four years now. It might sound a bit extreme, but with so many unhealthy food options available, this choice makes the most sense to me. The quality is great, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, the service is always outstanding!

Every time I visit this place, the staff is consistently rude. My sandwich never turns out to be a proper sandwich; it's always a mess. Even if a customer makes an error and promptly apologizes, the employees respond with attitude. They shouldn't be called "sandwich artists"; it's more like they are disgruntled sandwich makers. I've given them too many chances already, so I won't be returning. If you're looking for a good sandwich, I recommend going somewhere else!

I witnessed one of the staff members, named George, mistreating his employees. He was rude and displayed a confrontational attitude not only towards the staff but also towards a customer who addressed him about this behavior. It's disturbing to see how the employees feel unable to express their own opinions.

The restaurant offers easy parking and serves fast food that isn't greasy or fried. They genuinely strive to provide healthy choices. Even if you indulge a bit with oil, vinegar, and cheese, it’s still a healthier option compared to pizza or burgers. The prices are affordable, and there are plenty of sandwich varieties to choose from. The place is clean, and the dining area is spacious. They bake the bread fresh, and your sandwich is customized to your liking as you select your toppings.

The short Hispanic woman with the loud voice was very rude. The tall Hispanic man wearing a shirt that says "Spicy" and speaks in a drawn-out tone was also extremely rude. I suggest choosing a different location.
