A 'must visit ' when you come to Hay. Friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious with a range of choices to satisfy every taste. The coffee is great. Lovely atmosphere with tables both inside and outside in a cute courtyard. You will definitely enjoy your visit there.
Lovely little cafe run by lovely young people. We stoped in there yesterday on our way from ballarat to cobar and had a recovery burger and steak sandwich and I'd have to say the steak sandwich was the best iv had in 5 years! coffee was great and HOT, from ordering to food on table was very quick we never felt like we had to wait. All in all please stop in grab a feed or buy a coffee from these guys and support Aussies having a go.
We visited Hay recently after seeing it on Backroads, we just happened to call into the Dusty bean, and to our surprise we were greeted by the greatest bunch of young people running an amazing cafe. We ate there everyday and enjoyed everything about this place, even down to buying scented candles made by the young lady behind the counter. Absolutely do your self a massive favour and call into the Dusty bean and be enthusiastically greeted and served by Liam and the gang. Go guys you are doing an incredible job for yourselves and Hay.
Stopped in on the way back to Adelaide from Wagga. Staff were bright and bubbly, nothing was too much trouble and the food was amazing. We had the Eggs Benedict and it would have to be one of the best Ive had. Great little spot and worth the detour from the standard Roadhouse tucker normally grabbed while on a road trip.
