Feedback gevenI love Qdoba. Mainly their nachos. I went in there today and the girls that were working there you could tell were doing their best with the best smile they could put on. I ended up waiting in like for 15 minutes because of how many people wanted Qdoba today. There were two girls with an incredibly long line. The people in front of me all understood what they were going through and I really hope the people behind me did as well. The nachos I got were as good as ever! To the girls you got this! I've worked in the service industry and its not easy but you're doing great!
Stopped in today for lunch and was a little worried when I saw the dining room was empty and wanted to leave but other people in our party wanted to eat here so we started ordering. I was again hesitant to continue when i saw the state of the food area. Almost all containers were empty or nearly empty and the counter space between each container was covered in spilled food. The floor in the kitchen had spilled food as did the dining room floor. The employee who started our orders was very friendly. A second employee came from the back to finish the orders and then a third employee came from the back and pulled what looked like a foil seal out of the queso container. The chips smelled like old, rancid oil. When we were headed out to gather our fountain drinks and cutlery, we found almost all the lids were gone and there were three total napkins. The experience left me with an icky feeling and I won't be back.
Honestly do your self a favor and skip the prairie location and drive a little further to ironwood plaza Qdoba. Only been to prairie twice and both times bad compared to the cooking at ironwood. Prairie the rice was crunchy and undercooked I got like two pieces of pork the toppings were unevenly distributed so your getting a bite of just guacamole or just rice and small serving of everything in the burrito I was mostly eating tortilla. The burritos at ironwood look and weigh as much as a small baby.
OSHA would have a heart attack walking in here. They sprayed chemicals right next to the food on the bar, which then clearly sprinkled into the food right in front of us. Then we stood waiting while no one was helping us for a solid 10 minutes, (no one else was in line) while they walked around like zombies and scrolled through their phones in the back. The store was also disgusting and no one seemed to care or clean anything up. I?m not one to typically come online and complain but this was definitely the worst customer experience I?ve experienced. Will not ever come to a qudoba in Hayden again.
Food is amazing!! Unfortunately it 's very hard to enjoy eating food in the lobby because the employees can be heard loudly discussing problems they have with work, suspicions they have about other employees, and using curse words. Very unprofessional. The costumer service here really needs work. They 're extremely unapologetic when a guest has a problem, they just make excuses and say it 's not our fault . After the unhappy guest left the employees gossiped about the unhappy guest with the other guests in the room. Again, very unprofessional. The employees have very poor communication with the guests. I waited in line for a long time, and none of them said anything like I 'll be right with you or anything at all. Later another line of guests formed, the employees were working on a family order so they couldn 't help the people in line, but didn 't communicate that with them at all, just left them standing there until one of the guests finally asked is there a reason you 're not helping us or taking our order? .
