Feedback gevenWe ordered online 2 days ago all to go to the store, call the number numerous times and have no one pick up. It’s almost like they had the phone off the hook intentionally. This is the second time I ordered online for this particular store and had issues. They blamed the systems when I had to walk in to get what I originally set up as a curb-side pick up. Don’t put my family or consumers at risk because your store has no clue how to handle the orders accurately. Not acceptable. I am all for supporting local businesses but not when I’m treated poorly. Zero stars would be more suitable.
Its good selection. Want a heavier supply of buffalo trace....people are helpful that work there.
I typically don't visit ABC, and I often find it challenging to decide what I want there, especially given the limited and poor selection. During my last visit, the front door was left open the entire time. After I took too long to make a decision, it seemed like they assumed I must be trying to steal something, and they closed the door. I overheard a staff member mention returning an item after someone found a larger size for a small bottle, while the smaller one was taken off the shelf. When I drove by again after a quick stop at Giant, I noticed the door was open once more. While I appreciate their vigilance against theft, they really need to improve their customer service. I rate this place a solid 10/10 for making sure I won’t come back.
Where else can you find such a great option? I'll definitely give it a solid 5 stars. All jokes aside, I really enjoy online shopping with curbside pickup now. In my opinion, that deserves 5 stars!
You encountered a wide variety of options. The staff appeared to be helpful, if not enthusiastic. I’d rate the experience four out of five for their Tanqueray selection.
