Feedback gevenIn a convenient location near the main attractions in haymarket, steam king offers unique and unique dishes that are not their typical Asian food. some of the dishes are influenced by cantones and the others are quite often directed by. I recommend trying their double steamed chicken soup. absolutely beautiful and they can say from the aromes that it was cooked with the double steam method for a quite long cooking time. my favorite was the one with cocose nut and it was served beautifully in a cocose! her golden prawn w/ salted egg yolk was also delicious. the only bottom is the section. We have been there for the first time to come to this restaurant and perhaps not thinking about coming back. first we made the booking online and received the confirmation. the owner told us, however, that we did not review emails and did not accept them. then I wondered if I would go by phone and email. then they told us they found my booking. but they have no tables left, unless we have nothing to do with seeing before the whole restaurant. table and chairs are very small. each table was close together. the personal was not professional and they do not do what they have their restaurant. the food price was very expensive and not quite reasonable, but at least the quality was still acceptable. Abdolutely amazing experience for dinner here. Major points for the level of service which was really top notch Loved the soups, very tasty especially the Buddha's delight with abalone and shark fin The housemade tofu is absolutely amazing, very smooth in texture and the sauce is amazing Almond dessert soup was great too although a bit on the sweet side. The sweet dumplibgs with it was delicious, absolutely love the sesame inside. The right amount of flour and sesame A bit on the pricier side though but expected considering what you're eating Absolutely recommend and will revisit
Unique in Sydney, they specialise in herbal soup that's been cooked in a special double layered pot. Don't be put off, it's not as earthy as traditional Chinese medicine. There's a decent range to try. Soft shell crab is coated with salted duck egg yolk for extra richness. Vegemite lamb is interesting too.
From a glass door street view they would not have expected such an amazingly well furnished Chinese restaurant. eating is even more amazing. that is not her usual run of the Cantonese mill. the dishes are wonderful and full of wellness. one. must try to understand them. first class quality and presentation goes with excellent service. I have to go there a few more times to taste all these wonderful dishes
