Pheasant Run Pancake House - Hays

My first job was at Pheasant Run. I worked there for two years. I need to know the staff and the owners well, and I was lucky to eat every sat/sun for breakfast and lunch. The food and service were almost as if you were expected from the family business. I recommend you try the peanut butter pancakes or an omelette. Almost everything is made at home and fresh, that is unlike breakfast you can get anywhere in Hays.

Not only a pancake house breakfast menu had many possibilities! Staff and servers are very friendly so we feel at home!

I love the Pheasant Run. The best place to eat in all Hays and you know it's homemade!

What a 'diamond ' in the rough. Breakfast was execellent from the omellette to over easy eggs to the pancakes. Place was pack so it wasn 't lightning fast but wasn 't too bad. Thoroughly enjoyed by everyone!!
