Burger King - Hayward

Awful tasting tiny burger. Sucks this became a more expensive MCDonald

Dissapo I usually order from them but fries were cold and they added 2 small patties instead of 2 full patties and patties were dry.

Taste was awful and I could barely finish the burgers. Drink was too water down and flat

Bought a meal but its incomplete, its missing the soda. This was together with 2 medium fries large soda as separate from my meal and the fries arent cooked well. Very Bad Service. I promise, I never order any food from Burger King anymore.

Today, I ordered a Whopper at the restaurant, specifying that I wanted a Whopper and not an Impossible Whopper, along with 2 Rodeo Burgers. I used the mobile app to place my order, but I was charged $4.99 for the Whopper instead of the $3 indicated on the mobile coupon. When I raised this issue, I was informed that this was how it rang up in the system. I insisted that this was incorrect and needed to be corrected. Another employee came over, gave the same excuse, and mentioned that their boss would address the system issue the next day. However, they did not resolve the problem and walked away. When I took my food and drove home, I discovered that my Whopper was actually an Impossible Whopper. It felt like because I had complained about being overcharged, I was given a lower-quality burger as punishment. This is not the first time this restaurant has overcharged me or given me the wrong order. This location is damaging the reputation of your company and leaving a negative impression on its customers.
