Mcdonald's - Hayward

Drive thru was so slow. Cashier could not make correct change. Food was cold. Hot cakes cold cakes. Frozen butter no knife this was a total failure on service and food.

The restaurant provides quick and friendly service. I enjoy the sausage McMuffins and double quarter pounder with cheese. I'm glad they brought back the McRib and hope they continue to offer it on the menu. I also wish they had kept the Angus mushroom and Swiss burger.

The food was good as usual, but the quality of the staff and time management were lacking.

The manager refused to take my order and ignored me, instructing me to use the kiosk even though I informed her they were not working. She proceeded to serve other customers while I, as a person of color, waited in line with two other younger poc's, all of us being ignored. After 10 minutes of waiting, another employee had to come out from the back to take our orders. Despite there only being four people in line and the manager pre-packaging burgers and just standing around, I received poor service. I have no plans to return to this restaurant in the future.

Everything was fine until i started eating. The meat was raw in some spots and the fries had a few short hairs. Hopefully its not common and i was just unlucky.
