Mountain Mike's Pizza - Hayward

You have a significant issue with the ranch dressing for dining in. Every Indian Mountain Mike seems to have the same problem.

Delicious pizza! I love that the portions are enormous, perfect for sharing with a group. The quality is always reliable; I can always count on getting a great pizza. It might be a bit pricey, but the taste makes it worthwhile.

Every time I order boneless wings, they always call me back to say they don’t have any. I think this is the worst Mountain Mike’s in Hayward. Whenever I order Garlic Sticks with cheese and request extra cheese, they never include it. When I call to let them know I didn’t receive the extra cheese, they say they’ll give me a 15% discount on my next order. However, when I try to claim that discount, they won’t give it to me unless I remember the name of the person who took my order. Since I didn't write it down and forgot, I miss out on the discount. It’s frustrating, especially considering I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, and they can’t honor even a small 15% discount.

I ordered from this place several times on Friday nights. I should learn my lesson, the last time the pizza was extremely cold when delivered. I ordered pizza yesterday and the same was pizza cold and absolutely cooked. I called to let them know they'd send someone else, but never. I called today to talk to a man who says his name is Francisco was very rude and didn't want to offer his manager name. He also said his manager would be back in a few hours and the manager would call. I never heard of anyone. Please save your money and time. These people know nothing about quality service.

Have been ordering from this location for years and it's simply the best pizza I've ever had. I especially love the pepperoni as it's a bit spicy. Delivery can be a little longer during peak periods, especially on weekends but it's worth the wait. If you dine in, check out their selection of beers and other items too!
