Subway - Hayward

I admire this place! They have high class dishes, their menu is nice, The chef in that place is well trained, I like a lot tasting all their food. The food is consistently tasty, the service towards the clients is helpful. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. Highly recommended.

I entered the restaurant and stood in line. Another person walked in after me and their order was taken before mine. They also refused to accept coupons for some reason. The customer service was poor and the quality of the sandwiches was lacking. I recommend going to Quiznos on Foothill instead.

I have attempted to visit this restaurant three times before 11AM, but each time the store appeared open yet the door was locked and no one was inside. It seems that the lack of business may be causing the staff to be bored and uninterested.

I am not certain if the woman serving us is intoxicated or simply in a perpetual bad mood, but it is evident in the quality of the sandwiches. She initially got my order wrong due to lack of attention, then proceeded to mishandle the bread. Additionally, she had to repeatedly leave to replenish supplies as the day progressed. The service was disappointingly slow.

The signs on the door say they are open until 9:30pm. Google says 9pm. Either way though, I go here at 8:30 and they are closed. Someone is there, you knock, they don't care in the slightest. If you call they answer and say they are closed. Managementshould really do something about employees stealing time like this.
