Feedback gevenWorkers here are rude and they seem like they don't like their job, you ask them for something and they give you attitude. This is the second time I have been here and it's the same thing. Especially the Hispanic lady. They are always grouchy.
I placed an order online and picked it up and it was made wrong. I brought it back and explained to the lady what happened. I showed her my order on my app and everything. She spent 10 minutes arguing with me rather than just fixing the problem. I justwanted my food made the correct way and was very polite about it but she approached the situation with a very rude attitude. Shetold me she couldnt do anything about fixing my order cause the app sent it through the wrong way. Finally after having to raisemy voice, she fixed the issue. Horrible customer service, if a customer shows you the correct order on their app, dont arguewith them, hell even if the customer is wrong, don't argue with them. Just make it correctly and move on. Will not be returningto this location. The employee was a young latina woman 20-30 years old, with a rose/ flower tattoo on her left wrist. I wouldgive you her name but she didnt have one on. So all I can do is give a description.
This Subway location is one of the worst in the area. I no longer bother going here due to the lazy workers who close early despite the posted hours. As someone who used to work at Subway, I know the proper amount of meat that should be on a sandwich. This Subway is known for being stingy with their portions. For example, on my spicy Italian sandwich, they only put six salami and six pepperoni slices when it should be 10 of each. Despite the lack of meat, they charge full price. Additionally, I have encountered rude waitstaff and employees who struggle with basic English communication. It is frustrating to deal with customer service workers who cannot effectively communicate in English, especially in America where it is a common language. Overall, I do not recommend dining at this Subway location.
I ordered a sandwich through the app but mistakenly selected the wrong location. I called the restaurant to rectify the situation, but the girl who answered was very abrupt and rude. I was directed to the manager, who was immediately disrespectful and claimed there was nothing she could do to help me. I was surprised that they couldn't even offer me store credit, especially considering I had already paid for my food. The manager even mentioned that they had given my sandwich to the homeless, which I found to be completely unacceptable.
I usually enjoy Subway sandwiches, but today's experience was disappointing. I ordered three footlong sandwiches and noticed that they were skimping on the meat. The two steak sandwiches did not have full scoops of meat, which I only realized when we got home and started eating. The turkey and bacon sandwich was fine in terms of meat quantity. It seemed like they may have been running low on steak and didn't bother to refill it properly. Despite the lack of meat, I was still charged the full price of $31 for the three sandwiches. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience at Subway today.
