Togo's Sandwiches - Hayward

Customer service is müll, the kerl with dreads denied service, that is no way to operate a business. I'm staying at the UC site. management should look at this attitude of children.

The online ordering menu and pickup options saves time. I am happy there is a gluten free wrap.

I had been working 12 hours at Tesla and since I am not from Hayward, I decided to try out Togo's for a meal. However, I had a terrible experience there. The person serving me was rude, unprofessional, and short with me. I had already started my order online before arriving at the restaurant, so I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. There is absolutely no excuse for being rude to customers, especially when they have placed their orders online. I ended up going to El Pollo Loco across the street and had a great experience with delicious food. My family frequently dines at Togo's in downtown Clovis, California, so I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Togo's in Hayward.

I ordered two sandwiches from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the pastrami sandwich had burnt pastrami in it, which was very disappointing.

The bread is the highlight at Togo's and their bread is excellent. The fillings in their sandwiches are also top-notch.
