Feedback gevenTerrible service, I had to wait more than an hour for my order when it had already been 30 minutes since I had ordered it through the application. The employees seem to not even know what they are doing.
I asked for ketchup and the worker said they don’t have any so I asked my friend to go and get ketchup and he gave her some so when I went back he told he that he went to the back and found some but there was a whole box right behind him so when I pointed at the box he said that he didn’t give it to be because of the friend
THEY GAVE ME! A HALF OF POTATO!! ANd ITS BROWN!!! HOW CAN YOU GUYS SERVE THIS FAMINE FILLED TRASH!!!! Not even finished chopped. Count your days WingStop.. Talk about customer first...
We order it said 20 minutes the we got it 40 minutes after then we got home and they forgot an extra item I'm on hold for 59 minutes already ..tht why I get for trying new
Came in here I didn’t know it was super busy. Ordered 45 min before coming in. The guy at the front got my order wrong and I explained to him over 5 times. He says “my bad” I didn’t read the full receipt. Waited almost another hour for 1 chicken sandwich. Another girl got irate and then asked for extra ranch and the cashier gave it to her. But I asked and the guy goes I have to charge you, just pick and choose I guess. The cashier was a young Mexican guy.
