Feedback gevenOrdered a chicken sandwich with no pickles. I got home to see they gave me a sandwich with no chicken. Awesome.
Every time I come to this Arby?s in Hazel Green they either forget something out of my order, mess my order up, or the food is extremely sloppy. I love Arby?s but this one is just awful, they messed up my order the last three times I?ve went there and it?s just making me mad and making me not want to go there anymore. They need to get it together. And make sure the part behind the counter customers can see isn?t disgusting!!
Missed the mark today. I didnt get two of my fries but thats also my fault for driving off without checking my bag. Thought maybe they was in there since its what I ordered since they were part of a combo meal. Drive through was busy also. But the 3 piece chicken tenders was only about 2 inches big. Go fig
Out of all the fast food places in Hazel Green, Arby's is by far the best. The customer service is always amazing and the staff is wonderful. I go here on the daily because I work right by it. The food is always good, but the staff is what keeps me coming back. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Keep up the amazing work!
My experience at the restaurant was rushed and disorganized. The staff was so eager to push our food out the window that we hadn’t even rounded the building yet. When I first asked for condiments, it seemed like they didn’t hear me, so I had to ask again before driving off. I found it strange when they assured me that the sauce was in the bag, considering they hadn’t even acknowledged my request while hastily delivering my order. When it became clear that I needed to go inside or wait in line again, I chose to go in. There, I was handed eight sauce packets, which felt like a way to get rid of me rather than addressing my concerns. All I really wanted was to ensure that the staff was paying attention. This kind of disregard could be dangerous for someone with a food allergy.
