Taco Bell - Hazel Green

I have NEVER experienced the kind of disrespect and poor attitude I experienced this evening from the guy in the drive thru! I literally left without any food bc they gave my entire order for 5 people to the person in front of me and rudely told me to ?just pull up to the patio or go somewhere else?! They lost our business tonight (we ate there 1-2 days/week before this)! Not just because of the attitude and disrespect of the kid at the window but also because of the don?t care attitude of the manager. This place needs a complete overhaul! It?s ridiculous!

I have reviewed this Taco Bell location previously BUT feel compelled to do so again. Reason being, I didn't catch the Mods name last time when I visited. Michelle has this staff operating in such a manner that they are all confident, able, and seemingly coasting while pleasantly serving a heavy stream of guests/business. Great store! Good or in fact GREAT job Michelle. This is a rare sight in counter service restaurants.

The speed of their food delivery negatively affects the quality of the dishes. I once ordered a Mexican pizza, and it arrived with a mountain of beans piled in the center without proper preparation. On another occasion, my bean rice burrito had a large hole in it, causing beans to spill out all over the tortilla.

This is one of the best Taco Bells I've been to! The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is friendly, even when they get really busy. Recently, they've run out of some taco sauces and the passion fruit syrup for the Passion Freeze. If they do, be sure to ask them to mix the strawberry and passion fruit ice; my kids enjoy that even more!

I've had a great experience every time I've visited since they opened. I even pass a Taco Bell to make a longer trip to come here. Keep up the fantastic work!
