Feedback gevenI wish I knew how someone thought this was whole acceptable patty..smh..people really don't care..if this was their kids burger I bet it would have been correct..I did not have time to take it back like I wanted..smh..
Worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds yet. Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. Lack of available items on the menu, poor customer service, missing straws/napkins, as well as the meals themselves looking as though they were literally SLAPPED together. This was later in the afternoon, they were not even busy, and yet the only thing that was even ok was the taste of the food, which should be a given since everything comes frozen to start with.
Both drive thru worker's were very rude. Didn't get our order right. The worker at the 2nd window was extremely rude and gave me a dirty look when we asked for our other drink. No manners at all. I've given this place 3 chances and I'm done. District/Regional manager needs to get in there and resolve the issue's but I know nothing will get done.
We went in and ordered at the kiosk with no help from employees just other customers we did get through the kiosk ordering. And then waited for almost 40 minutes for a fry and two sandwiches. 40 minutes!? We didn't get one interaction from an employee, they appeared around the corner set the food down and walked away with the customers figuring out who's order it is. Whoever owns this McDonald's does not care about complaints or unsatisfied customers. They'll just cuss you out and walk away
Food always missing in orders. And they just shut down their restaurant whenever they want to and refuse to fulfill orders. Like every other fast food restaurant out here. Kids that don't care to work. And managers that don't care either. Kinda hard to run a successful company when you have trash working for ya.
