Kfc - HAZLET

Went to kfc today and ordered a famous bowl with fries, a mini chocolate cake thing and a popcorn chicken meal. This is the 2nd time they have forgotten to give me the chocolate cake thing. Yesterday i was supposed to get a cookie. Didnt get one. Theyremember the main thing but yet forget the others. What was the point of paying if they werent going to give it to me. The mainfood was good but that doesnt mean i didnt want what i paid for.

The worst KFC I've gotten food from in New Jersey hands down. The staff seems to not care. Drive through or even walking inside takes at least 20 mins before you get your food. Avoid this place if you can.

Great service with friendly employees. The order was made correctly and was extremely quick. The line was minimal and I used the drive through which took about 15minutes in total to pay and leave. Will return next time I'm in the mood for KFC.

$30 for 8 drumsticks, side of potatoes, coleslaw, biscuits, fries. For fast food it should be less expensive. A guy ordered 3 drumsticks $10, he walked out the door. Coleslaw is a chopped salad, very different from shredded. Potatoes and gravy is good.

This place really needs a new staff. I had probably my worst KFC experience in 30 years. Went on a Sunday evening. We asked for an accommodation that other KFCs have done, got charged for the accommodation, but did not receive it and instead had to listento a staff member complain about it. If you can't do something just let the customer know and don't charge them extra for it.While that was going on the staff members were using inappropriate language that could be heard by the customers. One staffmember had something hot spilled on them and the register ran out of change for another customer. I have never seen suchdisorder and unprofessionalism at a fast food restaurant and that's saying a lot. Please hire a staff that at least respects andappreciates their customers. On many other occasions we have had mistakes in our orders too.
