Takes a lot of time after ordering; and waiter was drunk; and poor service Lacks cleanliness; and food was horrible

Ozone having a good ambiance and very good atmosphere is the right place for family and friends get together. We had birthday party of our relative here. It was very good party, food was good , seating arrangement was nice. Also good service.

I went to dinner with my client and we both enjoyed the excellent tasting food at a reasonable price. The service was also great, and overall I had a good experience.

Located amidst a mango plantation, Ozone is just 4 kms from Dharwad and around 20kms from Hubli. Despite other garden restaurants popping up in the area, Ozone has maintained its reputation and place among its loyal patrons. Let's get into the specifics: Location: A perfect 5! Just outside of town, calm and surrounded by greenery. Ambience: A deserving 4.5! You have 3 choices of seating - couches in a gazebo-like setting, open-air tables under mango trees, and my personal favorite, tables set among low branches on a platform 5-8 feet off the ground. Food: A generous 4. They serve Indian and Indianized Chinese dishes (think Manchurian). The food is tasty, if not mind-blowing, and served on clean cutlery. Chicken dishes stand out. The bar offers a variety of well-known liquor brands. Service: A 3.5. For a relaxed meal, I would rate the service a 4. However, those who expect regular check-ins may find it slow. Managers do keep an eye on customers and visit periodically. They also organize parties upon request. Overall, Ozone is a great place to hang out, relax, and unwind. Perfect for a casual meal with friends.
