Chapter Too - Heathmont

Was in the local area and popped in for coffee with my sister. Great feeling in the place and friendly service. Copious amount of seating inside and out. Wonderful communal arrangement of tables for coffee and paper reading so you don't intrude on other diners. Coffee was really good and worth the pop in if your in the area. Outdoor seating is covered by cafe blinds and set back enough of the main road that you don't feel like you're sitting on a highway. Will definitely be back.

This is the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch types! Chapter too offers a fair price for a great tasting meal! There is a range of items on the menu whether you like all day breakfast or burgers or salads! The coffee is great. The desserts are great. The only thing I criticise is that you can't make adjustments to the dishes themselves. So if you don't like something in one dish it's bad luck, pick another. Otherwise still highly recommend!

I was sincerely shocked to be treated so appallingly when my daughter was sick outside of Chapter Too! The male staff member was so extremely rude, publicly ridiculed me in front of the full café! This male staff member shouted and carried on about needing a mop & bucket, yelling at me the whole time about the mess. It is never acceptable behaviour to shout at a customer. It is never acceptable to behave in such a shameful way towards a mother and her 3 year old daughter. This man reduced me to tears and I am too frightened to return! The food is great but I have spoken to many friends and family since this incident, to warn them that this man works at Chapter Too! This man perhaps needs a day off and not take it out on the customers! Appalling and not family friendly.

We came down to Heathmont from the city as we used to live in the local area. The food was fantastic and the menu rivals some inner city joints. The presentation of the food was creative and people at the other tables commented on how great the food looked!Great to see a place offer vegan and vegetarian options as many other places that did were closed in the outer east on a Sunday.Pleasantly surprised. Forget Eastland cafe dining, this place has an edge over some of their eating establishments.

Little bit slow with the service but pleasant staff. Coffee was good but the cakes were a little bit pricey for the size. Prob would go somewhere else next time.
