Pret A Manger - Heathrow United Kingdom

Just wanted to share regarding a manager/Supervisor who works there she is always shouting at passenger or even to people who works there, really unprofessional and needs to learn some manner. I’m not sure what’s her name but she is short blonde lady . Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20

An over priced Pret, slight worse food, slightly worse service. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This Pret desperately needs a renovation to alleviate absurd lines. Self check-outs? A lane just for those not waiting for coffee? Anything would be an improvement. As currently arranged, staff are distractedly switching between processing orders and making coffees, resulting in lots of half-made drinks sitting out on the counter. This is still the best quick food option in T4, but please get one of your corporate architects in here for a reorg! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

The quality is the same as any other Pret in London. However, I don't understand why the price is much more expensive than any other Pret in London and any similar shop inside terminal 4. For a latte and a croissant, I paid £7.20... this is around £2 more expensive than other Pret shops. Unexpected and unfair!!! Service was the worse I've ever experienced so far and as someone that flies multiple times a year that's saying a lot! Lady literally rolled her eyes at my husband when he ordered our coffee and there's no actual line.. people just walk up, step in front of you and as soon as one of the 8 people behind the counter are free they just step right in.... it seems more and more that peyote don't even know how to form a line or respect the people that were actually standing anywhere before they walked up all week entitled! Absolutely nowhere to sit, you have to go to a common area and hope there's something. This is the worse airport probably in the world though so don't have high expectations.
