Burger King - Heber City

I enjoy this restaurant because it’s clean and has friendly customer service. However, there's one thing that’s been consistent: the fried items. Whenever we order the Cheesy Jalapeño bites, chicken fries, or cheese sauces, they often come out underwhelming. They are so overcooked that they end up being just hard, hollow shells. You bite into them, and there’s hardly anything inside. Despite how appetizing they look, they usually end up in the trash, especially the chicken fries, which are tough to chew. We've visited about twice a month since they opened, and it’s been the same experience each time. So, I’d recommend being cautious with anything that’s fried, including the chicken sandwiches, as they tend to be overdone. On a positive note, the burgers are fine.

It appears that the restaurant has been experiencing some staffing issues recently. However, the two or three employees who are working there are putting in a tremendous effort and are doing their best to get your order to you quickly.

Lunch was great! The staff was very courteous, the order was accurate, and the food was served hot. It was nice to see they had more people available to assist!
