Mcdonald's - Heber

Dirty, overpriced, zero customer service. Will never eat there again.

This McDonalds is the only one in Wasatch County, we go there often for breakfast and or coffee. The staff has a huge problem with our request for cream and sugar for our coffee. Getting other condiment's is like pulling teeth. A second straw, sugar, napkins, creamer, salt and pepper often comes with horribly rude attitude. Rowling of the eyes and rude comments between employees are directed at customers. There is never any friendly greeting, no good morning, thank you or even a have a nice day. No matter how pleasant we the customers are towards the McDonalds employees, including the Managers the unfriendly and professional negative attitude plagues this McDonalds.

It was a little pricey or there by a few dollars and some McDonald's I'm not sure why it was modern inside which was different but nice the service worker didn't speak English and didn't know how to count money to give the right change you can refill your own drinks they have a kids area that the kids love to play and climb in bathrooms were clean It's a larger McDonald's drive-thru seem to be going well decent parkingParking: Workers should Park their cars out of the parking lot further back so more customer parkingKid-friendliness: Kids play area climbing

One star is being generous, their 1,2,3$ menu is non-existent, a spicy chicken will be 4 dollars and fries are over 3$. Complete rip off from a terrible store

We went trougt the drive through and the food was good and the outside looked clean but the service was HORRIBLE. The drive through guy yelled WhAt DrInK dO yOu WaNt when my bro was deciding and they got put order wrong. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES PLSS ?
