I was really let down on this Bob Evans visit. As soon as my daughter and I arrived my waitress led me to my seat set the menus on the table way ahead of me and walked away and I had to ask where we were sitting. My daughters stomach had been bothering her so I had to make numerous bathroom trips and the bathroom is in the gas station area. My server Jerrica never checked on us except once to fill my water after 15 to 20 minutes of it being empty. At the end of our meal we had to step away again because my daughter was still not feeling good so I came back to a mess and all the food plates gone because they thought I left without paying. I paid and even tipped but I'm so disappointed with this visit I should've simply taken her to breakfast at McDonald's but I thought we would get a special big breakfast at Bob Evans because usually we have a good visit and its a treat but this treat became a disaster.

Sat March 9th 6pm. There were 2 servers working. The younger of the two was my server. I spent 20 years in the restaurant business and have a culinary arts degree so I know what service should look like. The young Landy that was suppose to be taking care of me was unattentive, slow, and too busy talking and trying to get her pre-closing side work done. She was unconcerned that more customers were coming in and tables needed to be cleaned. Took her 10 mins to acknowledge me, another 10 mins to take my order. After food was delivered she never came back to my table. Now the other server was getting it done and picking up the slack. She may as well been working alone.

Left with menus for 5 min. Then brought us warm gravy, cold oatmeal. Never came back to ask how food was. Never asked at register. Will not be back.

The meals a very affordable and the service is good. As a trucker this is definitely a go to place to eat when I am in town.
