Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hebron

I don't usually write reviews, but I've been visiting this Chipotle for about a year since it's conveniently located near my workplace. I can honestly say that it has never let me down. The food is consistently amazing!

I ordered a chipotle bowl delivery and when I opened it the bowl was dripping and whoever handled the bowl had food on their hands and once I opened it it looked like a salad SOUP. Whoever made my bowl must’ve poured all the tomato/onion juice in there because I don’t understand how it could be so wet. It’s disgusting. Do better…

The black beans were extremely undercooked, and the carnitas were mostly fat, consisting of large chunks of meat that you could easily lift with a fork. The salsa was too watery, leaking through the bowl and soaking the bottom of the bag. To make matters worse, the lid wasn't secure, and a lot of salsa spilled onto my carpet as soon as I took the bag out. Additionally, a year ago, this same location served my child a rotten orange with his kids' meal, which was soft and had started to turn black.

Pathetic attitude 15-20 minutes prior to close.(Not actually) Sorry to bother you for being there.Dry beans, no fajita veggies, no barbacoa, no carnitas.Green tomatoes in the pico.Made it home to realize my tortillas weren't even put in the bag ?.Taste was on brand but nothing else was.Manager did remake it for me the next day when I went in but even that response was minimal. Literally the worst Chipotle experience I've had in this market and across the country, coming the day after one of my best-ever Chipotle experiences in Orlando.Feels like this place needs a serious tune-up.
