Hyrup Kro - Hedensted

We had their Sunday-flæskesteg. It 's a great offer, for less than 100 DKK, you get a great dish with the basic treats from Danish Christmas: flæskesteg, caramelized and normal potatoes, rådkål and of course brunsovs. It was all delicious, the best brown sauce I 've ever tried and tender but crispy meat. And we were pretty full and satisfied with the amount. However, everything outside their offers is quite expensive. We ordered 2 desserts and they were waaaay too pricey. The baileys ice cake was biggish and tasty, but it did not taste of baileys at all. The chocolate lava cake was tiny and a bit disappointing.

We just stayed our wedding at Hyrup Kro. It was a total arrangement where the skilled staff at krabbe were for all details. We were happy about what Hyrup Kro delivered, the food and the service were in top, and they managed to create the best possible framework for our big day. We can only recommend keeping your party at Hyrup Kro!
