Domino's Pizza - Hedgesville

The smallest wings I've ever seen in my life, we ordered 40 Buffalo wings and they are over 1$ a piece, so small we busted out laughing when we open the box, the wings are smaller than a woman's pinky finger. What a waste of 58$

I ordered 32 piece parm bread bites and one cinnamon twist. They gave me 2 cinnamon twists. I called in reference to the wrong order and asked they make the correct 32 piece order and I'll return the second cinnamon sticks. I arrived after they said it would take 20 minutes to find a 16 piece order. The excuse was they didn't know. Then the girl making pizza, threw in a new order and said it would take 5 minutes to which it took 9. Now I have a fresh order and a cold order. There was an obvious lack of empathy for the situation. The only adult appeared to be an older woman complaining about having to drive a soda someone forgot and 2 young dudes complaining about how they don't get paid for that. Obvious lack of supervision and this was some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Go to the domino's by BK of 901. This place is awful.

I placed an online order which their website defaulted to store 1305 in Hedgesville WV for a delivery to my address. I look online and my order was cancelled and they didn't even have the decency to even call to inform me of this . I went back online to place another order in which I selected the store that was 3 minutes from my home and come to find out, they don't deliver to our address. This company has really got to step up their customer service and delivery locations

This Dominos use to be ok but the last 2 times it has been awful! They gave me the wrong pizza last time and tonight I ordered at 10:50pm and it said complete on my app about 11:10–went to pick it up and he said it wasn’t ready—waited until 11:35 —brought it home —one pizza was too done and the other wasn’t even brown! What a waste of money. And of course they don’t offer an apology or make it right!

Rude employee, I accidentally parked the wrong way to pick up my pizza and the employee was very rude about it. Pizza was not properly cut
