Frequent customer. Good food, friendly service, lovely atmosphere. Parking. a separate room great for a celebration! Easy to reach from centre by bus 29 or streetcar 23 and from the train station by streetcar 24 (direction south in each case to the Rohrbach Markt stop.

The food? Awesome. The over all feel of the place? Cozy and welcoming. What sets this place apart from all the others? Pino. He's the waiter, but so much more. He's like family. Not just to me, but to every one else who frenquents there. Always happy and singing or whistling a tune, he takes the time to get to know his customers. So much so that my wife and I are going to include him in our family Christmas Card mailing list. Of all the outstanding places to eat in Heidelberg, this place feels the most like home.

The reception is very friendly. the owner, an Italian who lives with his wife in Germany, is cordial and friendly to all customers. the pizzas are real Italian pizzas (thin and tasty floor, the filling is fresh), but also German specialties can be found beside pasta, lasagne and other Italian specialties on the menu. the environment is pleasant: the restaurant has a beer garden in the shade of linden and a large terrace on which they can eat both at lunch and evening in summer.

We have often been in the leone d’oro and have not been disappointed so far.There is a fixed map with changing map. all the foods are freshly prepared and unclear or ask to the dishes are detailed and friendly answered. Moreover, here are all very childlike.The operation makes a unhappy impression, but this makes the delicious food easy to bet again. prices are moderate.The beer garden is separated from a two-track road by a wall, but it is still quite loud outside - if it is not very late - anyway. this is also the reason why we don't eat out here and take off. otherwise: supi!

I ended up here for dinner and was unfortunately not convinced. the service was relatiw friendly, the waiting time for me to be the only guest in the restaurant, a little long. qualitatiw, the overcrowed ravioli were unfortunately not satisfactory. partially burned, the court lacked any spice. so there is no reason to go to dinner again.
