Scharffs Backhaus - Heidelberg

One of the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Staff are rude, terrible service, prices high, dreadful food. Goodness knows what any tourists thought if they had the misfortune to eat here.

I can imagine very well that this back home must never worry about customers or money. Therefore, I don't need to worry about contributing to the ruin of anyone with my criticism.The back house is one that doesn't suit the wonderful castle. the service was bad in any sight. funny looks, wrong quitting, wrong change. the wee (a giant) was the lowest quality.

We ordered after a 20 minute wait and then had to wait an additional hour to get served. I needed to remind the bar staff twice that we ordered and several people who ordered after us were served much more promptly. Not impressed

In the face of the map and the prices, I offered my wife to go and eat. the plates are well served and the torched pies are good, although the paste was too cooked. All this after 50 minutes waiting to "eat on the thumb" is abused! My wife had just taken a tomato soup and we had a dish of pasta with tomato sauce for the kid. the terrace is small with not too many people (30 covers max). people asked for soup, they were served in 5 minutes! I asked what commercial gesture could be done. apart from the cafes, nothing (we didn't even want it). It's called forced sale. In addition, the young person who seems nunuche is antipathic (even no hello) and the old waitress is more reactive, but dry.

And tasty beer. the homemade taste-neutral maul bags tasted as homemade as those from the super market from the bag and the kartoffelsalat dito.
