This pub was right under my hotel room. what I enjoyed very much. prices are good! eating was great (big portions) and the service is very personal and good. this is in fact a student pub, so the publikum is mixed with tourists/locals/students, which creates a very nice atmosphere in the university city heidelberg. terrace on the back is ideal for eating. many options for vegetarians!

We have eaten twice during our stay. I loved the traditional German ambiente, the personal offered a great service and the prices were reasonable! we will definitely stay here again if we are in the city next time!

This restaurant is like a must when they are in heidelberg. the restaurant serves traditional German cuisine and beer. they can even drink beer from a glass boots (1l). the food is delicious and the menu leaves no wish open. the tables of wood are full of pine trees that the guests have made with measurable or other sharp objects. go there!
