We were 7 nights late in alex. wanted to drink a cocktail after dinner. service staff arrived relatiw fast, but the drinks certainly lasted 15 minutes. in a drink of rhaber the associated gurke was missing, which is still to be overlooked. the caipirinha was far too strong. it was only white and you could not recognize or taste raw sugar or lime. they then complained what was no problem. this was a bit better, but still unfit. the barbara and the alcohol-free caipirinha were good, but no reason to come back. the service staff was also not particularly friendly. smiling would not hurt

I'm not getting worse. beginning from the unfriendly service, the absolutely unreliable cook, cold eating, wrong eating, all messed up, all too late, prespeech and at the same time. that is not possible. necessarily avoid and take another restaurant. the alex should be immediately released and all started again. that harms the whole call of the chain.

With the versatile offer in the Alex I was always satisfied, whether eating, breakfast, brunch, cocktail. was always very good. only sometimes in the morning you would wish that 5 minutes before 8 o'clock could be opened.

We were there at breakfast. the staff came very fast to pick up the order, but our drinks came only when we were almost finished with breakfast which was very bad. when we wanted to pay, we had to wait 20 minutes until the service finally came to us. time enough the service had, however, since she spoke with the staff behind the counter in the 20 minutes! very bad because the breakfast was good.
