Felice Ristorante & Pizzeria

After a whole day drive and stroll thru heilbronn felice is a great place to have an salat, pizza and some desserts. the service is attentive, friendly and very friendly. the prices are moderate, they will not be disappointed.

Flew to the house to eat. kellnerin spoke to two customers who had finished their meal, probably known to her, and ignored us. We waited a short time, she spoke with us briefly and returned to speak with the others, without even leading us to a...table we stood a longer, decisive behavior unacceptable and went out. not what one expects from the staff.

Eating was nice, but the service was really bad. the waitress was terrible. she made a mistake with the food order, but she didn't even ask if she had to be changed, she just delivered the wrong food and went. we don't know if she was so, because we were out of town or if she was on a bad day. the restaurant shows at the door free internet, but we could not find the network name they offer. never again.

A randomly selected restaurant, food card only in german, complicated service (less English), dry pizza, sparsely garnished, conclusion: disappointment.
