Feasta Pizza - HELLERTOWN

I just received an American Sub delivery, and I'm quite disappointed. It had only a single slice of ham, essentially a salad on a bun, and lacked any flavor.

Eating is good. I never had anything I didn't like. The staff is friendly.

This place is by far the worst customer services I have ever experienced. The lady who works on the counter with the black hair, who said that she is the manager, has a very bad attitude to be an anger. This place is very unprofessional when I went to order food both girls sat on their phone and took a while to visit me at the counter as soon as she accompanies me, she has this evil attitude and then how I leave she rolls her eyes to me. I won't come back this place, it's a joke.

Pizza is good, but not an hour before closing and expect to eat. You'll turn away. Apparently they don't want to serve a HOUR before they close. I've never dealt with this before. Pretty sure to eat a pizza and 4 people takes less than 1 hour. Had been gone before closing.

I called the restaurant to report the mistake, hoping for the excellent customer service I've experienced in the past, but I was let down again. They showed no willingness to help and simply said, "Thanks for letting us know!" When I asked to speak with a manager, she actually refused my call. To clarify, I wasn't looking for free food; I just wanted to see some genuine customer care. If they had offered a complimentary pie, I would have declined, but it would have made a difference in whether I continued to support this business. So now, Roma Pizza is my new go-to. Goodbye, Feasta!
