This place has really good healthy sweets with no sugar. Tastes great. San Antonio doesn't always have the best reputation when it comes to healthy food options but this place is definitely bucking that trend.

Being recently diagnosed with diabetes and making such a lifestyle shift is very difficult. The hardest part was giving up on bread and sweets. I became aware of Barbell sweets and HAD to give it a shot. Well…that shot was worth it! It was amazing, everything we tried, all while maintaining a perfect glucose level! I will be returning. Not only that but the owners are so welcoming and helpful! Great customer service! Thank you again!

We enjoy sweet treats at my home and love that there's a better for you option right up the road. Our favorites are the cupcakes, brownies and roll cakes. The customer service is top notch as well. We've placed a couple special orders and they were ready on time and as requested. We recommend Barbell Sweets to all our friends and family.

All of their desserts are delicious! This bakery really helps out myself my friends who are doing keto/low carb lifestyles. Highly recommended.

The carrot cake cupcakes are the best!! Brownies are good also!
