Pizza Hut - Helotes

I’ve ordered delivery from this restaurant multiple times, and it’s usually excellent. However, today I was craving jalapeño pizza, and it felt like the world was ending when it didn't arrive as expected! You really shouldn’t mess with a pregnant woman’s cravings! Normally, I might have let it slide, but not today. I called and spoke with the manager, who was very professional, courteous, and kind. They resolved the issue, and I’m looking forward to my jalapeño pizza tomorrow! I still believe Pizzahütte in Helotes is fantastic, and I plan to continue ordering from them because no other pizza place compares. The management definitely knows how to handle a pregnant woman’s demands!

The manager was very friendly during lunchtime. He asked for special wishes of my two little girls, then even brought us some bread fresh out of the oven.

About a year ago I would have given Pizza Hut In Helotes a 3 but the last 2 times I ordered it, it was amazing. Not sure what changed, but whatever it was, made me a fan. Oh and thanks pizza hat pizza maker for the great work and to the riders that their guys are great!!! Thank you.

I've noticed that at some other locations, they often serve frozen pizzas or reheat those made the previous day. Having worked in the industry, I understand why this happens, but it makes me appreciate this place even more. In my opinion, you are by far the best Pizza Hut in the area. Your pizza is always crispy and delicious. The delivery drivers are consistently respectful and friendly. Although I've had a few issues with my order being incorrect and my 2-liter drinks being forgotten, I continue to order from you because I truly love your pizza. I do miss the buffet, though. Overall, your pizza is amazing and flavorful; I wish I could say the same for all locations, but unfortunately, that's not the case.

Just had the best delivery pizza of my entire life! Got here super quick and seemed like it had just come out of the oven. Also had the perfect amount of ingredients!
