Mcdonald's Kluuvi - Helsinki

Not too clean, but always employees know exactly what is in the food. fast as it should be and well located. mcdonald’s in Finland has this beautiful white and gluten-free bread! a world of safe options for allergic people. the best if the employees of other restaurants always advise on the ingredients of their food.

Like pretty much any other McDonald's in Finland. Service was good. Let's point out that even in the night the staff went by memory instead of having queue numbers beepers

It has long opening hours but during the night it can be quite messy as the picture shows. This is especially during weekends. Burgers are what you can expect from McDonald's, fries are better at BurgerKing. You can get in with prams or on a wheelchair as well.

Dirty experience, but not in a good way: Ordered food, looked for a table, couldn't find a clean table so had to ask staff to wipe one clean. Guy came down, cleaned our table only, left the rest. We sat down. 2 minutes later, a customer drops his entire coke on the floor right next to us and right in front of the counters. No one came to clean up the puddle of coke, staff could see it, but just stepped over it (as did the customers) . It was not busy a all. When we left, the puddle of coke was still there.

Payed toilets that smell bad, with no toilet paper and are dirty. I am very disappointed The food was okay though but the toilet part was a bad experience
