Jumunjy Thai Street Food - Helston

This restaurant is a hidden gem! We're so glad we discovered it, as we would have missed it entirely if we hadn't seen photos online. From the outside, it looks like a house, but the interior has been completely transformed. It truly feels like stepping into another world; the attention to detail in the decor is fantastic, and it genuinely resembles a street restaurant in Thailand. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Although it took some time to receive the menus and our food, the wait was well worth it. My husband and I have traveled all over the world for work, and this was the best meal we've had in a long time. The delightful combination of delicious food, lovely decor, inviting ambiance, and warm hospitality made for an unforgettable evening! We will definitely be back the next time we visit Cornwall; we just wish we lived closer!

I reserved a table for my wife and me for Valentine's Day. If you haven't been here yet, you absolutely must visit. It's such a lovely, welcoming place to dine. The Thai food we had was out of this world—definitely the best we've had in a long time. We were glad that we could revisit a few days later!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for Thai food. You can call in your order, and the food arrives fresh and piping hot. The portion sizes are generous; one plate is enough to share between two people. The tempura prawns are crunchy and succulent, while the Pad Thai and roasted rice topped with crumbs are absolutely delightful. The chef and owner are very friendly, and I look forward to dining in at this location again soon!

We have used Jumunjy Thai take away many times. The people are lovely and we really support what they're working hard to achieve. On our last visit we used the restaurant for the first time and were really impressed with the unique authentic look and feel of the place. However, if I'm honest, we were rather surprised by the cost of our meal.The menu and service was great, but it was pretty expensive; 4 people, 4 starters, 4 mains a couple of beers each, was over £160. Our fault for not checking the details on the website first.
