Charcoal Grill - Hemel Hempstead

I dined here with my daughter and had a kebab with chili sauce, which was really disappointing. My daughter ordered a burger and fries; she said the burger was okay, but the fries were those cheap frozen variety that turned out hollow after frying—yuck!

I was charged by the app, but the restaurant was closed, and I didn't receive any notification about it. I didn't get a refund or any food offered to make up for the inconvenience. I highly advise against going here. They're not professional.

The food is decent, but I hardly go there anymore since new owners have taken over.

I placed an order through the app on September 2nd. They charged my account, but the food was never delivered, and I haven't heard from them at all. It's been three weeks since then.
