Starbucks - Hemel Hempstead

I had a wonderful experience at the Cineworld restaurant tonight while waiting for the movie. The service provided by Sawin, a charming young man, was exceptional. He was friendly, had excellent communication skills, and provided professional customer service. I felt very comfortable and at home. I will definitely be returning for another visit. 10/10.

The staff is attentive and friendly, the drinks are beautifully crafted, and the food is delicious. I have noticed some people complaining about not being able to use their Starbucks cards, but this is typical for any Starbucks located in a cinema. The tables are clean and the overall atmosphere is spotless. The person responsible for the artwork on the chalkboard deserves a raise, it is stunning!
