They had pho (which I assume is a reference to their dishes), but I opted for stir-fried noodles with vegetables. The noodles were thicker, resembling drunken noodles, and they came with a slightly sweet sauce—absolutely delicious! I also ordered spring rolls, and they were four substantial rolls! I truly wasn’t disappointed. Plus, they followed good COVID safety practices.
We dined here in November 2018 on a Sunday evening after returning to San Diego from hiking in the San Bernardino Mountains. While it may not be the best vegan-friendly restaurant around, it is definitely a decent choice, especially considering the lack of other options. It's a lovely family-run establishment located in a strip mall. The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu, and the vegan pho was particularly enjoyable. I would consider visiting again if I found myself in the area, but I wouldn't make a special trip just for it.
The owner and server were very friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. The pho is vegan if you request it without mayo. I tried the vegan pho and the vermicelli noodles, both of which were quite good. The chili sauce is homemade and also vegan.
