There's nothing they could do to make up for how miserably cold it was inside this establishment.. it was so so so so cold I couldn't even enjoy my burger I couldn't wait to leave... it was over 90° outside and I couldn't wait to be in the uncomfortable heat. The lettuce wrapped burger was okay I can't remember I was too cold. I made it known and they didn't care btw

$18+ dollar meal, and the chicken was burned and completely unacceptable to eat. Plus, the fries were cold and stale. I was so fustrated that I didn't try it or look because I had to turn back because I realized they didn't give me my soda. I could have asked for another meal, but instead, I got all the way home and still had to make something for dinner. I will never go back here again.

It is impossible to call the store and talk to a live person. The store number just refers you back to the website. I accidentally placed an order online that I forgot to adjust pickup time to an hour later than their opening time. The only option offered was to send a message. There was no response. As for the food, I tried the Korean bbq burger. There was no Korean bbq flavor in the shredded beef in the burger. Not bad but not Korean bbq flavor either. However, the kimchi was spot on just not spicy. I wonder how long the kimchi will be spot-on since it does require people who eat it on a regular basis to know when it 's still good or ready for a pot with some pork.

Rude cashier with braces cut us off mid order and we asked for clarification about a burger and she answered sarcastically. Then to make matters worse there was a hair in our food. She had the audacity to ask Would you like us to re make it ? I should have said No I 'll eat it just like this hair and all obviously I wanted it re made. The wait was super long and there was hardly anyone in here. Also the soda fountain looks disgusting.
