Dunkin' - Hempstead

This is the second time I've come to this location and they're closed 30 minutes early, went through the drive thru and tried to enter but both doors were locked. The lady looked at me then went to the back to hide. Went down the block to the Greenwichlocation and they were open busy.. you're losing money because of your lazy workers!

One of the DD was recently remodeled in Hempstead. I feel the service has changed meaning that my coffe don't taste good like it did before and my toast cinnamon raisin ???? bagel with cream cheese isn't toasted long enough like it was before. What happen?New staff!

The worst Dunkin Donuts , worst Drive thru service and bathrooms the most disgusting thing i've ever seen in my life

This is the worst dunkin doughnuts to EVER visit. Half of the time the store is never open to get service. I drive all the way here just to pull into the drive thru and the person says something that I couldn?t hear and then never respond back to evenallow me to order. I drive around to the window and no one is inside. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!

I visited this location on peninsula blvd today very hesitantly using the drive-through, as I do not like to use the drive through, the service is usually not good and orders are taking wrong. This was the total opposite of my experience at this store the service was excellent. Not only was the order taken correctly but it was reviewed at the window with me, and the ladyat the window was exceptionally pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. What a great start to my morning!!
