Bj's Brewhouse - Henderson

Made a reservation for a surprise birthday dinner with family and friends...it was good. But they did ruin the surprise by calling me on our way there to confirm my reservation. It was funny, but to be fair I didn't tell them it was a surprise

Great experience at this location as tourist visitors. Was a bit busy upon arrival so we had to wait about 20 minutes (which was odd as there were empty tables). However, this was fully overlookes by the service we received from Rodolfo friendly, fast and pleasant. The food (burger and jambalaya) was excellent and we appreciated a couple of small tastings of beers to help make our selections with dinner. A great dining experience thanks!

My favorite BJ's location. Amazing burgers and drinks, but the Jambalaya has too much powdered cajun all around. Affordable pricing for how much is served.

We used to love this restaurant, good food, good service. Over a year ago we had back to back bad experiences so stopped dining at BJ's Brewhouse. We had out of town guests and decided to give it a try again, BAD decision. It was early (before 4 pm) restaurant was NOT busy, we put our names on waitlist via the app, arrived at restaurant, maybe 1/4 of the restaurant tables were occupied, but hostess checked us in, then just kind of ignored us we just stood there for maybe 10 15 minutes (I'm not quite sure, but we could not figure out why we weren't being seated). Our out of town guest is handicap and it's uncomfortable to stand, but we all assumed we'd be seated in a matter of seconds, but it took much longer than anyone expected.The food was not that good, the prime rib sat under a heat lamp way too long waiting to be served, potatoes were cool/cold, almost hard. Service was subpar, server asked if we wanted a refill on soda, we responded yes never saw him again. We finally had to flag him down and ask for the soda, he let us know he was too busy, but would get to it seemed put out by the request even though he's the one who asked if we wanted a refill. We had to flag him down to get the check, it was pretty bad. We were embarrassed to have brought out of town guests to this restaurant. Lesson learned, we now remember why we stopped dining at this restaurant.

There was a busser, a lady, black glasses, black bangs and long wavy hair. Our waiter said her name was Cathy or Katherine.Twice she gave attitude to my sister and was extremely rude without warrant. All we did was 1 ask if we can order and 2 ask her if she can check on our waiter. Both times she said either “sit down and wait” or “be quiet and wait”. Was rude to both my mom and my sister and glared at all of us.
