They served only the single slice of white cheddar and the truffle aioli. There were no pickles, grilled onions, ketchup, or mustard on either of the burgers, and one of the fi sauces was left out. I noticed the missing items when I checked my order at the drive-thru, but I was in a rush to get lunch back to my girlfriend before her work break ended, so I didn’t catch the other mistakes until it was too late. The truffle aioli wasn’t worth it; it lacked the robust truffle flavor you might find at places like Smashburger. The fi sauce tasted like standard Thousand Island dressing. While the quality of the burgers seemed decent, they were quite dry and lacked flavor. For the price, I expected larger burgers that weren't overcooked (which really affected the premium beef) and at least a dash of salt and pepper. Overall, I didn't see the value in this meal. Without the coupon, I would have ended up paying nearly $20 for two burgers that most people could finish in one sitting, likely leaving those with bigger appetites feeling unsatisfied. Without the discount, I'd rate this place at two stars. The buns were decent and even had their fancy branding on them, but they were lacking the promised toppings. With so many great burger options available in the area, I'm hesitant to return. However, I usually give places a couple of chances before making a final call. I'm still curious about the CEO burger and their onion rings, especially after hearing so many rave reviews.
Despite this frustrating experience, we decided to give it another shot because the food was good. On Saturday, October 7th, at 7 PM, my brother, who was visiting with my mom for my son’s birthday, and I drove to the store to pick up some food. To our surprise, the place was dark, and the door was locked right at 7 PM. I'm not sure if they were closed for the night or if management simply chose not to open at all. It was very unclear. This experience has completely turned us off from considering this place for any burger or food order in the future. One star feels generous at this point. The last time I visited, I even requested the corporate contact number after the manager refused to engage with me, only to be told that it wasn't available. "Terrible" is the kindest term I can use for the management at this location on St. Rose Parkway. If the restaurant is indeed closed, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest!
I ordered online and everything was flawless, including all the extra sauces I requested. I tried the CEO burger with sautéed onions, mushrooms, and lettuce added. It was absolutely delicious and reminded me of a White Castle burger that I haven't had in years. This is definitely the best burger spot I’ve found in the area. The burger was juicy and the sauces were fantastic. I also had the cryfry, a combination of large onion rings and fries, and I couldn’t even finish my meal—it was so filling. I also treated myself to a chocolate shake, which was equally delightful. I can't wait for my next burger day!
I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The food lacks flavor, and the atmosphere feels completely lifeless. Save your time and skip it!
This restaurant has gone from one of the best to one of the absolute worst. It's rarely open, the food quality has significantly declined, and they never update their online information to let customers know they're closed. It's really disappointing, especially since there's no other option like it in the city. The generic responses from corporate to everyone’s reviews clearly demonstrate how little they care.
